Be sure to request for leave more than 24 hours before the lesson, as requests made more than 24 hours in advance will not have fees deducted. If you don't request for leave or leave is done less than 24 hours, the leave will be directly deducted from the course deposit (the deposit is 50% of the course fee, any reason for leave will directly be deducted from the fee). You can ask an agent to help you ask for leave in advance and arrange the course time.

1. Be sure to ask for leave at least 1 hour before the start of the class. If you do not ask for leave or ask for leave at the start of the class, it will be considered as absent.

2. Each student will have 2 leave opportunities per term, which can be made-up or postponed and rearranged. More than two leaves will not be rearranged, and students must choose to leave within the middle or later period and register for less than five classes, there is only one opportunity to ask for leave during the term.

In the package group, you will not be able to make-up or postpone. If you don't attend, this will be considered absent and no fees will be refunded, and there will be no make-up or postponement.

Classes will be based on the actual class starting time, from October 7, 2024.

Classes postponed before October 2024 will be reserved until paid or used up.

If the course is not completed in the registered term, it will not be used for the next term.

The validity of the postponed course is three months. If the course is not completed within three months, the refund and make-up course will not be arranged.

1. Single booking students: Will be able to book lessons flexibly, however there will be no fixed spot reserved.Each booking can be up to 7 days in advance.

2. Students who pay by term:Will pay for the whole term at the start of each semester. The frequency of classes is guaranteed to be at least once a week or more, and spots are reserved.

If students have not started the lessons (no hours completed) within 7 days (including 7 days) from the payment and registration date, full refund will be processed. Note: a 10% credit card fee will be deducted if you pay by card. The specific refund calculation formula: All lesson fees paid - 10% card fee = Refund amount.

If the student has not started the lessons for more than seven days due to personal reasons (if no lesson hours have been completed), 90% of the payment will be refunded.

15% course fee will be deducted for all the classes that were paid and completed and the remaining balance refunded. The refund price of the remaining class is the standard price of the class (not package price). Note: a 10% credit card fee will be deducted if you pay by card.

The specific refund calculation formula: Fees paid, standard class price completed lessons (incl. 15% card fee + refund management fee) = Refund amount.

If the course consumption (completed hours) exceeds 50%, no refund will be issued, and the remaining course will be cancelled automatically. The completed lesson hours will be calculated at the standard price. Note: a 10% credit card fee will be deducted if you pay by card.

The specific refund calculation formula: Fees paid - standard class price completed - 15% course management fee - 10% card fee = Refund amount.

Short-term discount courses will be refunded at the standard price of the course.

If the student does not attend, the course registration will be cancelled and automatically removed at the time of refund with no standard credit or redeem.
